Return & Refund Policy

At Textbex, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully for the conditions that apply when returning an item.

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Please note: We only accept returns for new textbooks. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at help@textbex with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also let you know if your return is approved or rejected.

  • Approved returns: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. For example, if the item is not returned in its original condition or is damaged in any way.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at help@textbex within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

If the item you are seeking to exchange is no longer available, we may offer you a refund or store credit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in processing before your refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@textbex.com
7. Shipping
  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Free Shipping on Initial Orders: Please note that the original shipping cost is covered for customers in the United States, but return shipping is not included in this offer.
  • Shipping Costs for Defective Items: If your item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping the item back.
